The site had to hold a deep bottle catalogue, flights, tastings, and venue hire without turning into a database with a logo.

Mirrored the bar's own system: the catalogue is organised by flavour, the way the shelves are — browsing works like standing in the room.

Kept bottles, flights, tastings, and hire one step from anywhere, so the depth never costs the visitor a way back out.

Let the basement set the mood — dark surfaces, restrained type, no noise.
