One pair of hands.
Designed, built, and kept running.
nedfix is independent web work, solo. One person who designs and builds — the site people see and the system underneath it. Most builders do one band of that range; I do the whole thing, which is the point.
The weighting is roughly seventy percent front-of-house craft and thirty percent internal systems. The lead is the creative, front-end work — beautiful, fast, reliable sites. The systems are the second track: CRMs, dashboards, and internal tools, for when a brief needs to go deeper than a front-end.
Working solo is the advantage, not a discount. No agency relay, no handoffs between people who never spoke, no account manager in the middle. The expert who scoped the work is the one who ships it — which is why it moves faster and holds together better.
Before nedfix, years in technical sales and business development at venture-backed startups — enough time across the table from founders to scope honestly, resist over-engineering, and know when something is genuinely done versus when it only looks done.

Craft you can see
The detail that is easy to cut is usually the one that makes it feel right. It stays in — in the code and in the component.
Yours to keep
Clean handoff means clean handoff. Full source, no proprietary tooling required to open it, no license that expires when an invoice is late.
Built to be handed over
Every build assumes someone else will maintain it. Readable structure, typed contracts, tests for the failure modes — not out of politeness, but because it is the right way to leave a codebase.
